It’s high-tech steam-release system wicks away excess moisture so your waffles get crispy on the outside but remain fluffy on the inside. It’s also made with extra-deep pockets so your waffles have more room for toppings. Once you’re done, the nonstick surface is super easy to clean. The plates even come off so you can hand wash or pop them in the dishwasher.
