Knives from Wusthof´s Gourmet collection are crafted using a stamping process that produces a lighter feel. Double-rivet construction permanently secures the handle to tang for long-lasting durability and the precision blade is forged from one solid piece of high-carbon stainless steel and tempered to maximum sharpness.

The 3-piece set includes:

• 3" drop-point knife
• 3" sharp-point knife
• 2.25" bird´s-beak knife

Dishwasher safe; hand washing recommended.
