How to Apply:

• Apply Touche Eclat Blur Primer under foundation or wear it alone for a smooth glass skin effect.
• Dispense one pump onto the back of your hand.
• Use a foundation brush or your fingers to gently sweep over your face, starting in the center and working outward.
• Wait 10 seconds before applying foundation to allow the primer to set.
