Inspired by the symbolic power of water, Dior Perfume Creative Director Francis Kurkdjian imagined a men´s cologne as fresh as an eau de toilette and as intense as a parfum. Sauvage Eau Forte parfum is an exploration of uncharted territory: a fresh and spicy fougère.

About the Bottle:
The pure, pared-down men´s cologne bottle features a signature Dior design, a luxury piece resulting from meticulous attention to detail and years of technical research and development.
Eau Forte features a deep blue lacquer that echoes its "waterfall" theme, representing freshness and vitality. The use of white lettering on the bottle stands out against its blue backdrop providing an echo of the color of the fragrance inside the bottle.

Key Notes: Cold Spices, Blanched Lavender, Musky Woods

Top Notes: Cold Spices - Pepper, Cardamom and Star Anise provide an invigorating freshness of the fragrance.
Heart Notes: Blanched Lavender - This note contributes crisp, clean floral notes that are reminiscent of water´s purity. The lavender is referenced as a "blanched" lavender, in which the perfumer takes out the head notes that make it too aromatic. In turn, the lavender smells brighter.
Base Notes: Musky Woods - These base notes ground the long-lasting fragrance with earthy depth while maintaining its lightness.
