How to Use:
Begin by prepping the eye with Next Generation Eye Base Primer (sold separately). Sweep on and blend out shades with an eye brush (sold separately). Define corners of the eye and trace along the lower lashline. Pairs well with Luster Glide Eye Liner (sold separately).
